Area of responsibility
Manage the back office for our international trading activities as the link between Flensburg and the rest of the world!
- Management of international container shipments and handling of the associated documents and payment transactions.
- Creation and management of further accompanying documentation in German and English.
- Control of goods disposition in an international environment.
- Recording and statistical processing of trade data for the management.
- Mainly English-language correspondence with customers, service providers, and authorities in Asia.
- Assistance to the management.
Profile
- Completed commercial training in wholesale and foreign trade, office management, or shipping.
- Experience in the field of international payment and goods transport is desirable.
- Confident demeanour and good communication skills.
- Good knowledge of English.
