Sieving is used to separate fines from the material flow.

Step 5SEPARATION

Among other things, free iron is drawn out of the material with the help of a magnet.

Step 6MELTING

The material to be analysed is now melted and fused into a block

Step 7MATERIAL ANALYSIS

The block is analysed for its contents using a spectrometer in accordance with DIN EN 13920-1. In addition to the spectrometer, we also have X-ray guns (XRF) and laser guns (LIBS) for mobile material analyses.
